Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You can cancel and return your order within 31 days of receiving your goods — no reason required.

  • Contact us within 31 days of delivery via our contact form.
  • Return the item within 14 days of receiving authorisation.
  • Provide proof of postage (receipt or tracking number).

Item condition requirements:

  • Must be in the same condition as received.
  • Unused and unworn, with all original contents included.
  • Tags (if applicable) still attached.
  • In the original, undamaged packaging.

Note: Return postage for unwanted items is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

Faulty or Incorrect Items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • You have 30 days from receipt to request a refund for faulty goods.
  • Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if it:
    • arrives damaged or defective,
    • is missing parts, or
    • is not the item you ordered.

For damaged or incorrect goods reported within 48 hours, we will arrange and cover the return shipping cost.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our contact form. We’ll review your request and, if accepted, send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorisation won’t be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days from approval for processing. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Returns & Refunds Exemptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Used items

Universal Darts reserves the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
